About
our Foundation Morgan Horse List
We would like to clarify our guidelines for promoting
products and services on our List:
A. The FMHS website and group is for the benefit
of promoting
the Foundation Morgan Horse as outlined on the
FMHS website. Any
person who wishes to promote their own product
or service on the Foundation Morgan Horse list
must obtain prior written permission from FMHS.
This does not include
horses for sale or horse tack.
B.
Any person who wishes to use the FMH list as a
means of promoting Foundation Morgan Horse products
or services
must obtain written permission from FMHS before they
are posted on the FMH group list.
B1.
Any such item being sold and distributed thru the
FMHS must donate a percentage of those sales or
donate a flat fee to the FMHS. Each product
will be
individually
evaluated.
The person thus promoting the item will then have
the blessing and guidance of the FMHS and will
serve as sort of "chairperson" for
the particular endeavor. While this chairperson will
handle the day-to-day oversight of the project,
the FMHS will have final approval of rules and
regulations for submission and content
not the delegated chairperson. As best we can, all
such regulations should be discussed prior to the
products presentation to the group at large so that
the chairperson may answer questions as they arise.
C. Any person who consistently promotes an item
that which they have not obtained permission from
FMHS to post, then that person will be removed from
the list.
D.
Many people desire to help the FMHS expand its
resources of material and finances. If someone
desires to undertake
given activities with these purposes in mind it should
first be submitted to the FMHS for approval then
presented to the list at large for
interest.
Logo, anyone may use the FMHS logo on their website
as long as the following conditions are met:
If you have non-Foundation Morgans, you must designation
which horses are Foundation.
